This product comes with a 6-month warranty for your peace of mind. Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Any item found to be defective within a six month period from the date of manufacture will be replaced.
We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with our event props. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unused items within 7 days of delivery. Only white products may be returned, other colors are custom made and may not be returned. We will send you a refund of the product minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. All we ask is that you contact us first to receive full return instructions.
Damage claims must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
