Each centerpiece consists of a 24" Eiffel Tower vase in black or white. The weighted base serves a practical purpose while the long neck narrows in the middle to give the pieces a graceful profile. A foam bouquet holder is included and will hold the gathering of plumes together. Simply stick the tips into the foam and slide the plastic handle into the vase. Approximately 15 feathers are included, measuring between 18" and 22" in length.
