The manufacturer warrants this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Any item found to be defective, within a six month period from the date of manufacture will be replaced. This warranty covers only items used under noreturn authorizationl conditions. We expressly limit our liability to the original selling price.
Returns are accepted on all standard white products. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. All items returned must include a return authorization form issued by Wholesale Event Solutions. You will be credited at invoice price less outgoing shipping fees and 20% restocking charge. Custom colors may not be returned, unless defective. If goods are damaged in transit, please notify carrier immediately.
